Creator Terms
Terms for applying to sell and operating as a creator on Giftzorly.

Creator applications
Applying to sell or joining the waitlist expresses interest in becoming a Giftzorly creator. It does not guarantee approval, access, sales, earnings, promotional placement, or any particular launch date.
Paid creator plans
Giftzorly is a paid creator platform. Approved creators must select and maintain an active paid plan to access creator selling features, subject to availability and account status.
Creator content
Creators are responsible for ensuring that submitted names, images, designs, product copy, and other content are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe the rights of others.
Product approval and marketplace quality
Giftzorly may review, reject, remove, archive, or request changes to products, storefront content, or creator accounts to protect shoppers, creators, fulfillment quality, and the marketplace.
Payouts and fees
Creator earnings, platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, payout timing, and payment-provider requirements are governed by the active creator plan, marketplace rules, and applicable payment-provider processes.
